AK - Remote RN for data conversion to Meditech EHR
Here is the job description - $50 - $55 Contract Length in weeks: Flexible with 8 to 13 week assignments. General RN with AK licensure needed to work remotely on data conversion as SEARHC transitions off Cerner EHR and goes live with Meditech EHR. Goal is to pre-populate Meditech records with key clinical information from Cerner. RN is responsible for abstracting and/or reconciling select clinical data elements (e.g. allergies, active meds, select surgical history) from Cerner to Meditech as well as transcribing "future orders" from Cerner into Meditech. Requires ability to effectively navigate electronic patient charts in Cerner and Meditech (training will be provided on both as needed) and attention to detail ensuring accurate transfer of data 2 years nursing in ambulatory setting Experience working with Cerner and/or Meditech is a plus but not a requirement.
