As an Airtable Specialist, you will...
• Design, build, maintain, and support complex solutions for Intake & Approvals workflows, Deals and Production tracking, and business reporting needs for both external partners and internal stakeholders within Airtable
• Configure and implement best-in-class systems and workflows that serve independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, narrators, and internal operations teams
• Demonstrate understanding of content management workflows and processes to implement practical, efficient solutions that address business users' day-to-day operational challenges and productivity requirements
• Collect and implement incoming feedback to continuously improve system functionality and user experience
• Onboard new users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of new technology solutions
• Define technical approaches to provide scalable solutions that enable internal teams to manage core business processes efficiently
• Build and cultivate relationships with stakeholders and external-facing support teams while proactively managing expectations
• Move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, and proactively identify product risks
• Leverage your proven track record with enterprise implementations to deliver value for all users across the business ecosystem
