Airtable Specialist – CRM & Marketing Workflow Setup (Alternative Lending / Finance)
Project Overview We are looking to hire an expert for our client who is an alternative lending firm looking to build a custom Airtable-based CRM and marketing workflow system to manage client relationships, seminar follow-ups, reminders, and basic capital tracking. This is not a generic CRM setup. We need someone who understands Airtable structure, relational design, and workflow logic, and can translate real business processes into a clean, scalable Airtable base. Core Responsibilities You will help design and implement an Airtable system that includes: Client / Contact Management Centralized contact database Client categorization (investors, prospects, seminar attendees, etc.) Relationship history and notes Marketing & Follow-Up Workflows Post-seminar follow-up tracking Automated or semi-automated reminders Follow-up status tracking (new, contacted, follow-up scheduled, inactive) Task & Reminder System Follow-up reminders by date Simple task assignment and status tracking Group Communication Support Structuring data for group email campaigns Clean segmentation for marketing outreach (Actual email sending may integrate with existing tools) Basic Capital / Deal Tracking (Light) Simple tracking of investor interest or allocations High-level visibility (not full portfolio analytics at this stage) What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong experience building Airtable bases from scratch ✅ Deep understanding of: Linked records Views, filters, and formulas Automations (basic to intermediate) Scalable base architecture ✅ Ability to think in workflows, not just tables ✅ Experience with CRM-style systems or marketing workflows ✅ Clean, organized, and well-documented work Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience in finance, lending, or investment firms Experience integrating Airtable with email tools or CRMs Deliverables Fully structured Airtable base Clearly defined tables, relationships, and views Basic documentation or walkthrough (video or written) Ability for internal team to use and extend the system How to Apply Please include: A brief explanation of your Airtable experience 1–2 examples of Airtable systems you’ve built (screenshots or descriptions) Your availability and estimated timeline for setup Apply tot his job
