Airline Settlement Specialist - North American Flights

Priceline is seeking a FinOps Analyst to own the ARC/IAR settlement and reconciliation process for U.S. flight activity. This critical position will support the company's global expansion by ensuring accurate cash and revenue reporting, while managing daily IAR activity and weekly ARC remittances.ResponsibilitiesOwn daily IAR and weekly ARC settlement reconciliations for U.S. POS flight purchases; monitor exceptions and drive same-day resolutionTrack and reconcile sales, refunds, exchanges, and memos (ADM/ACM) end-to-end from IAR to Subledger to GLUtilize tools and systems such as ARC Compass, ARC Memo Manager, GDS (e.g. SABRE, Amadeus), and Oracle to investigate variances and post correctionsReconcile transactions from third-party Flight Suppliers and resolve mismatches with collaboration from vendors and internal stakeholdersPrepare month-end schedules: reconciliations, certifications, flux-trend analyses for audit-supportCreate and track JIRA tickets; publish dashboards and manage KPIsIdentify patterns and root causes, leading a cross-functionalMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and sister brands to keep settlements accurate and on timeSkills1+ year of experience in Flight Settlement operations, Airline Accounting, and/or other Airline back-office experienceDegree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience) preferredHands-on with ARC/IAR; familiarity with ARC Compass, Memo Manager, GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/etc), and Oracle preferredComfortable with big data, variance analysis, and producing audit-ready documentation with a SOX mindsetStrong communicator and collaborator across time zonesTeam player with a bias to resolve and prevent issuesWilling to work flexible hours to align with our Global Partners as necessaryIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and TrustUnquestionable integrity and ethics is essentialDegree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with ARC Compass, Memo Manager, GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/etc), and OracleBenefitsAnnual bonusEquity grantCompany OverviewPriceline is a travel-related deal search technology that enables travelers to find travel and lodging deals and discounts.
