Expansion... into other markets and opportunities to manage possible! So what can I make now? All employees make no less than $15 an hour at any time, for any task! Cleaning assignments are paid at a minimum base pay of $15, with a performance bonus available from day one, every day! Average efficient cleaning specialists earn $18-$22 an hour in the first week. Like talking all day on the phone? No problem, you'll earn around $15 an hour. Show up on time, work at a brisk pace to complete a job early, earn large bonuses, and be paid top dollar for your efforts! We share the profits, just show us you're part of the team! • $15/hr. - $26/hr. - We pay per performance, from day 1. Never make less than $15 an hour! Bonus pay is earned daily on every clean! • Starting at 20-40 hrs per week. • Paid Training. • Paid always! Availability: • Must be available to work between 9:30 am to 4:30 pm; may start earlier and/or end later some days based on employee's availability & schedule, but available during daily time frame is necessary. What we do!: • Professionally clean, sanitize and maintain vacation rental properties (Airbnb’s, VRBO’s, etc) in the Host Boise VRS network. • Create a welcoming presentation & surroundings for our guests and clients. • Discover, determine, report, and photograph any damage to rental homes caused by guests. • Possibility of driving company vehicles to complete re-supply & other tasks. • Provide touch-up cleaning service as requested or necessary for clients. • Communicate on a regular basis with the Host Boise Team and team members. • Be available and willing to assist fellow team members and cover cleanings when necessary or in a time crunch. • Work alone or within a team setting to complete cleanings within a time frame. Earn bonuses for efficiency and quickness. • Collection and removal of trash and debris from properties, including taking trash bins to curbs and back. • Attend all individual and/or team meetings and training. • Restocking of consumable amenity items such as soaps and paper products. • Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day can look different. Theres Always Requirements: • Be 18+ years of age • Pass a Background Check • Driver’s license required for self-driving and/or company vehicles • Must be physically able to perform light-duty cleaning tasks • Have a Positive Attitude, be a Team Member, and work independently with less supervision Summary As an Airbnb & Vacation Rentals Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties. With core skills in cleaning, customer service, and floor care, you will ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Your premium skill in cooking may come in handy for occasional meal preparation. Drawing on relevant skills such as janitorial and custodial experience, as well as hotel and commercial cleaning knowledge, you will uphold the cleanliness standards expected in the hospitality industry.
