 *Job Role: Database Reliability Engineer**
 Type: Full-time (W2), Fully Remote**(must be able to work W2 without sponsorship)
 *Project Duration: Multi-Year**
 *Responsibilities:**
 Design and architecture of database layer solutions.
 Installation, upgrades, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of MySQL and related tools.
 Managing database schema and supporting migration activities.
 Conducting routine database maintenance and overseeing overnight activities.
 Implementing high availability and failover automation.
 Setting up continuous integration environments.
 Customizing data sharing and database automation solutions.
 Overseeing backup management and recovery procedures, both on-premise and in the cloud.
 Performing periodic health checks and performance audits.
 Deploying proactive performance monitoring and fault management alerting systems.
 Developing and managing source code for database-related scripts.
 Supporting ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as required.
 *Must-Have Skills:**
 Profound experience with AWS.
 Extensive expertise in MySQL.
 Knowledge of Aurora is beneficial.
