Airbnb Co-Host & Property Operations Manager (Part-Time, On-Site) Schedule: ~2 hours per day, Monday–Friday Hours: Flexible daytime hours, 2 hours within 10am-4pm with occasional weekend check-ins if needed Pay: $17–$30/hr depending on experience Location: 3 locations in Pilsen, Chicago. About the Role We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to act as the boots on the ground for a small portfolio of Airbnb spaces within the community of Pilsen. This role combines custodial duties, guest-ready preparation, and basic property coordination. You'll ensure that each unit is spotless, well-stocked, and consistently meets hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform daily custodial work (bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, trash, surfaces, floors). Oversee turnovers between guests, ensuring each unit is guest-ready. Restock and organize supplies (toiletries, linens, cleaning products). Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly. Occasionally be the face of Airbnb when guests show up. Greet or assist guests during check-in, checkout, luggage pick up or luggage drop off. Communicate with the owner/host remotely to update on property status. Maintain a sense of pride and ownership in the presentation of the space. Ideal Candidate Has hospitality or housekeeping experience (Airbnb, hotel, or property management preferred). Extremely detail-oriented — notices what others might miss and does something about it. Trustworthy, and communicates clearly. Comfortable working independently and handling light problem-solving. A smartphone for coordination and photos. A car can help but everything is so local walking is possible. Laundry runs may be easier with a vehicle because it collects often.
