Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
ā¢ Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris.
ā¢ Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpets.
ā¢ Manage custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, restocking supplies, and cleaning restrooms.
ā¢ Conduct residential cleaning tasks, ensuring homes are tidy and organized according to client specifications.
ā¢ Engage in commercial cleaning activities, maintaining a professional appearance in business environments.
ā¢ Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Skills
ā¢ Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
ā¢ Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with clients.
ā¢ Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment usage.
ā¢ Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning supplies for various surfaces.
ā¢ Experience in residential and commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
ā¢ Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
ā¢ Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
