Duties
Ā Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ā Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
Ā Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
Ā Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ā Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
Ā Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Ā Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
Ā Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus.
Ā Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
Ā Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ā Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
Ā Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is beneficial.
Ā A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and sanitation practices.
