Airbnb Cleaner
Airbnb Cleaner & Co-Host (Part-Time, Consistent Work) We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help clean and co-host our short-term rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady, predictable work and is comfortable handling basic guest communication. Schedule & Pay: About 4 days per week to start Roughly 30–36 cleanings per month on average (Our total volume is about 48 cleanings/month; this role covers a portion of those.) Monthly stipend: $1,000 Cleanings happen during the 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM window Cleaning Responsibilities: Standard Airbnb turnovers (beds, bathrooms, kitchens, trash, restocking basics) Some cleans require extra time (floors, fridge, duvets, deeper cleaning) Not every clean takes the same amount of time Co-Host / Guest Communication: Respond to basic guest messages in Airbnb, including: Early check-in requests Late checkout requests Cleaning-related questions If an early check-in or late checkout is requested, it is the Cleaner’s responsibility to: Confirm whether the cleaning can still be completed within the available time window Communicate clearly with the guest based on cleaning feasibility We handle reservations, pricing, and complex guest issues Supplies & Property Care: Monitor cleaning supplies and essentials Let us know when items are running low so we can restock Help keep units organized and guest-ready What We’re Looking For: Dependable and consistent (ongoing work, not gig-by-gig) Able to manage time well within a fixed cleaning window Comfortable using Airbnb messaging (or willing to learn) Strong attention to detail Trustworthy and respectful of guest spaces Nice to Have: Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience Hospitality or customer service background Pride in doing quality work Why This Role Works Well: Predictable monthly income Consistent schedule Flexible daily workflow within set hours Clear expectations and support Opportunity to grow with our short-term rental business To apply: Send us a short message introducing yourself, your availability, and any relevant experience.
