Our client, a major aviation services provider, is looking for an exceptionally vigilant and skilled Air Traffic Controller to manage airspace operations at a busy hub near **Cincinnati, Ohio, US**. This critical role involves maintaining the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic, ensuring the separation of aircraft and the prevention of collisions. You will utilize advanced radar and communication systems to monitor flight paths, issue clearances, and coordinate with pilots and other air traffic control facilities. The ideal candidate possesses superior concentration, quick decision-making abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure. A deep understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and air navigation principles is essential. Responsibilities include monitoring weather conditions, identifying potential hazards, and implementing traffic management initiatives to optimize airport capacity. This position requires adherence to strict protocols and continuous learning to stay abreast of evolving aviation technology and procedures. The ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is mandatory.
