• Proven experience in software engineering with Python / C++ / JavaScript (or similar languages).
• Strong background in AI/ML development, including building and deploying trading bots or algorithmic trading systems.
• Understanding of blockchain, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto markets.
• Experience working with trading platforms (Forex, crypto exchanges, or DeFi protocols).
• Ability to design scalable and secure AI solutions for financial or gaming environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in applying AI to real-world trading challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, international team.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered trading solutions into Shrapnel’s ecosystem to enhance marketplace efficiency and user engagement.
• Build and optimize AI trading bots capable of analyzing market trends, executing strategies, and adapting to dynamic crypto environments.
• Implement predictive models to forecast token demand, liquidity, and pricing trends, supporting a balanced in-game and trading economy.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with decentralized infrastructures.
• Research and apply emerging AI techniques to strengthen Shrapnel’s presence in both gaming and trading ecosystems.
• Ensure robust fraud detection and anomaly monitoring across trading and marketplace transactions.
