Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI/ML solutions that drive business value and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions and integrate them into business processes.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training.
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.
Evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
Develop and maintain documentation related to AI/ML projects, processes, and procedures.
Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI/ML practices.
Execute additional tasks and projects as required by your manager, ensuring they are completed professionally and within deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Masters or PhD preferred.
Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Please note that this is a consultant position, meaning your duties will be on standby until a client requests your services. Hours and responsibilities may vary based on client needs. As an employee of SpecialT Tech, you will be compensated according to your contract.
