AI Visual Producer and Motion Designer
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking AI Visual Producer and Motion Designer to spearhead the visual creation pipeline for our high-end educational and cinematic video content.
In this role, you will own the visual journey from concept to final render. You will translate written scripts into breathtaking, high-fidelity AI-generated imagery, transform those stills into controlled cinematic animations, and perform the final upscale and editing. You will work closely with the scripting and audio teams to deliver a cohesive, documentary-style final product.
Key Responsibilities
Storyboard and Visual Planning: Review AI-generated scripts and translate embedded visual cues into a concrete shot list and visual execution plan.
High-Fidelity Asset Generation: Utilize Midjourney to generate hyper-realistic character and environment assets, ensuring intricate textures like scales, feathers, and landscapes meet industry standards.
Character and Style Consistency: Masterfully apply advanced prompting and features like Character Reference and Style Reference to maintain strict visual continuity across diverse environments and camera angles.
AI Video Animation: Transform static images into dynamic cinematic clips using image-to-video platforms like Runway Gen-3 Alpha, Luma Dream Machine, or Kling AI.
Motion Control: Utilize advanced platform features like Motion Brush and camera path controls to direct precise movements, ensuring background stability while animating specific character elements.
Post-Production and Upscaling: Overcome AI artifacts and resolution limitations by using Topaz Video AI to upscale footage to crisp 4K and enhance frame rates for smooth, film-like motion.
Final Assembly and Editing: Compile video clips, sync them with professional voiceovers and Foley layers, and perform final color grading and editing within DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
Required Skills and Qualifications
AI Artistry and Prompt Engineering: Advanced, portfolio-proven expertise in Midjourney, with a deep understanding of aspect ratios, rendering parameters, and consistency conditioning.
AI Video Generation: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge GenAI video tools and a strong grasp of how to manipulate seed settings and motion weights.
Traditional Editing and Motion Graphics: Proficiency in non-linear editing software, specifically DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, including a strong eye for pacing, continuity, and cinematic color grading.
Technical Troubleshooting: Familiarity with AI video limitations like morphing or blurring, and expertise in utilizing upscaling tools like Topaz Video AI to achieve production-ready quality.
Cinematic Eye: A strong understanding of cinematography principles, including camera angles like tracking shots, pans, or extreme close-ups, as well as lighting and composition.
Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with audio designers and scriptwriters to ensure the visuals perfectly map to the pacing of the narration and sound effects.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on nature documentaries, historical recreations, or sci-fi and fantasy world-building projects.
A background in traditional illustration, concept art, or 3D modeling is a massive plus, as it informs better prompt architecture and composition.
