We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design and deliver practical AI workshops for a 75-person, health equity–focused philanthropic organization.

Engagement Overview

90-minute organization-wide AI foundations session (~75 staff)

Follow-up team-specific deep dives (10–15 people)

Audience ranges from beginners to advanced AI users

Focus on practical application, real workflows, and responsible AI use

Environment

The organization uses:

Microsoft 365 Copilot (enterprise instance)

Zoom AI note-taker

A specialized grant-making AI tool (Murdoc)

Strong emphasis on:

Enterprise data privacy & security

Bias, hallucinations, and responsible AI

Prompt design for non-technical roles (program officers, grant managers, operations, communications)

We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering enterprise AI training

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot

Ability to teach non-technical audiences

Experience covering governance, bias, and AI risk

Bonus: nonprofit/philanthropy experience

Compensation (All-Inclusive)

Remote Training

Hourly (less than 4 hrs): $175/hr

Half Day (up to 4 hrs): $650

Full Day: $1,100

Onsite Training

Hourly (less than 4 hrs, local delivery): $200/hr

Half Day: $700

Full Day: $1,200

Consulting

Remote: $125/hr

Onsite: $150/hr
