As an AI Technical Analyst Intern at Untapped Ventures, you’ll dive into technical due diligence and contribute directly to our consulting practice - helping companies harness AI through hands-on research, experimentation, and the development of AI demos. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, build, and push the boundaries of what AI can do. Our internship program offers three specialized tracks within the AI Technical Analyst role. REQUIREMENTS • Must be living in the US • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • Familiarity with AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs). Experience building prototypes or demos is a plus. • Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative AI-driven solutions. • Demonstrated interest in or experience with building tools for tasks such as sourcing, screening, selecting, and diligence processes. • Strong aptitude for technical research and the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, including consulting and venture analysis. • A strong passion for AI and its applications in the startup ecosystem, coupled with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Previous exposure to venture capital, startup ecosystems, or working on AI-focused projects is a bonus. COMPENSATION This is an unpaid, remote internship that will start in Jan 2025. It will require a committment of 10+ hrs/week for 120-days.
