The role involves working on various AI initiatives, including custom GPT and app creation, workflow automation, and supporting user-facing AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesHelp build and maintain lightweight AI solutions, including custom GPTs, internal assistants, automations, workflow prototypes, and Microsoft-based business solutionsAssist with experimentation and early development of agent-based use cases, including solutions built within Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Foundry environmentsHelp design, test, and refine prompts, reusable workflows, and AI playbooksPartner with internal stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI-assisted automationBuild and support AI-enabled workflows and lightweight business solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, custom GPTs, and related platformsSupport testing, QA, and iterative improvement of AI tools and workflowsCreate documentation, technical notes, and user-friendly guidance to support solution deployment and adoptionAssist with evaluating new AI tools, platforms, and use cases for business applicabilityHelp evaluate AI outputs, workflows, and automations for quality, reliability, and business usefulnessHelp track AI requests, pilot activity, enhancement opportunities, and follow-up items across projectsExercise sound judgment when working with confidential information, internal processes, and AI-generated outputsWork with the AI Enablement Analyst to support training sessions, demos, office hours, and user rollout activitiesTrack common issues, user feedback, and improvement opportunities to enhance solution quality and usabilityAssist with governance-oriented practices such as validating outputs, monitoring usability, and promoting responsible AI useSupport cross-functional AI projects from idea stage through pilot deploymentBuild familiarity over time with training delivery, end-user support, adoption strategies, and business-facing enablementSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceStrong familiarity with widely used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platformsFamiliarity with Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platformsClear interest in applied AI, workflow improvement, solution development, and business enablementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into practical technical approachesComfort learning new platforms quickly in a fast-changing environmentStrong organization, documentation, and follow-throughAnalytical mindset with good judgment and attention to detailBenefitsMedical, dental and vision coverage with multiple plan optionsHealth savings and flexible spending accountsEmployer-paid life, disability and business travel insurance401(k) plan with company matchFlexible paid time offEducational reimbursement programsWellness and fitness activitiesPaid parental leaveVolunteer time offCompany OverviewWisdomTree is a global financial innovator, offering a well-diversified suite of world-class exchange-traded products (ETPs), models and solutions.
