This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe, Georgia (USA) About the project Join Neurons Lab as Senior Solution Architect - the role combining technical AI/ML and Cloud solutions development with cloud department operational leadership. You'll lead day-to-day cloud operations (50%) while leading hands-on AI/ML implementations for BFSI clients (50%). Our Focus: We specialize in serving Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) enterprise customers with stringent compliance, security, and regulatory requirements. You'll architect and build mission-critical AI/ML systems while ensuring our cloud operations run smoothly - from AWS funding applications to team capacity planning. This role is ideal for technical professionals who excel at both execution AND coordination. You'll manage AWS/GCP partnership operations (funding, governance, hiring coordination) while staying technically sharp through hands-on AI/ML and Cloud architecture and implementation work. Objective Deliver operational excellence and technical leadership across cloud operations and AI/ML project delivery: • Cloud Operations Management: Maintain 95%+ AWS funding success rate, coordinate hiring pipeline, execute cloud governance processes, and support AWS/GCP partnership programs • AI/ML Technical Project Leadership: Design and implement production-grade AI/ML architectures on AWS for FSI clients, ensuring Well-Architected compliance and security best practices • Operational Efficiency: Streamline cloud department processes through automation, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination • Knowledge Transfer: Create reusable IaC components, architectural patterns, and documentation that accelerate team capability Areas of Responsibility • Prepare funding application materials and communicate with AWS/GCP account teams • Coordinate recruitment pipeline: candidate tracking, interview scheduling, capacity planning • Execute Well-Architected Review scheduling and delivery coordination • Support competency applications with documentation and evidence collection • Design end-to-end cloud architectures for AI/ML/Agentic solutions • Calculate ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed AI/ML solutions • Build production infrastructure using AWS CDK (primary) and Terraform • Develop Python applications: FastAPI backends, MLOps automation, data processing scripts • Lead small engineering teams (2-3 engineers) on project delivery Skills • Solution architecture with ability to translate business requirements into technical designs • AWS Well-Architected framework expertise and remediation experience • Cloud cost optimization, credits management, and consumption tracking • AWS/GCP partnership programs knowledge (PoC funding, MAP, Well-Architected Reviews) • Advanced Python programming for API development with FastAPI or Flask • Deploy infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK and Terraform) • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Langchain or other AI agentic frameworks • Containerization for AI Applications (Docker, ECS, EKS) Knowledge • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (required) OR AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty (required) • Working knowledge of AWS Partner Network structure and funding programs • Understanding of PoC funding, MAP program, and ISV Workload Migration • Well-Architected Review process and delivery methodology • AWS competency requirements and evidence collection Experience • 5+ years in cloud architecture, solution architecture, or cloud engineering roles • 2+ years working with AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms • Proven track record designing and implementing cloud solutions from scratch • Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI or Generative AI solutions in production This offer from "Neurons Lab" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 80% flex score.
