AI & Semantic Interoperability Expert

We are continuously growing and we are looking for an AI Semantic Interoperability Expert to join our UniQue team.What will you be doing in this role?Lead the exploration and implementation of generative AI and agent-based technologies (e.g GPT, Claude, OpenAI) to enhance the automation, scalability, and contextual intelligence of semantic modelling processes and activities. Design prototypes with the support of other Contractors.Oversee production-ready solutions aligned with the goals of the AI initiative.Follow the evolving landscape of activities, ensuring that SEMIC’s work on semantic interoperability benefits from and contributes to the broader institutional AI strategy. Maintain regular exchanges with relevant AI focused teams.Coordinate the integration of AI into the Semantic Registry of Data Models. Explore the use of LLMs for assisting with data model classification, semantic enrichment, and automated recommendation of reusable assets.Develop the use of generative AI to accelerate the modelling and alignment of interoperability artefacts.Overseeing and checking semantics activities entrusted by the Interoperability programme.Assisting and providing guidance to Data paces on adopting SEMIC profiles and assist in creating additional sub-profiles where necessary.RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?Master's degree in IT or related field and 10 years of professional experience in IT.Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Semantic methodologies, Semantic transformation, Metadata modelling, Linked data.Minimum 8 years of professional experience in OWL, RDF, SKOS, XML, shacl.Strong experience in machine learning and AI models in particular new trends working on agents.Fluent in English at least at a level C1.At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
