AI Researcher (ID)
Job Summary
The AI Researcher will act as a Senior Data Scientist to drive innovation by developing, testing, and implementing advanced artificial intelligence models and algorithms. This role combines a deep theoretical understanding of machine learning with hands-on experimentation to create novel solutions that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities. The position requires strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and multilingual AI, as well as hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. The ultimate goal is to deliver an accurate & culturally relevant state-of-the-art Indonesian LLM aligned with the organization’s vision of “AI for ALL.”Job Description
1. Research & Innovation
Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and propose new methodologies for adoption.
2. Model Development & Experimentation
Design, train, and evaluate AI models using large-scale datasets.
Optimize model performance, interpretability, and efficiency for production environments.
Prototype new algorithms and assess their feasibility for deployment.
3. Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate research outcomes into deployable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business or product goals.
