AI Receptionist to Replace My Virtual Receptionist
I am looking to replace my virtual receptionist with an AI Agent that will route calls and take messages as I instruct it. The agent must be able to handle other languages than english. Our primary languages other than english are spanish, russian, haitian creole, mandarin, cantonese and we do have people who speak other languages. I currently use monday work management and we upload tasks to a form that puts them there. I have a human listen to voicemails and then fill out the form. It would be nice for the AI agent to do that to replace that role or they could take the info and sent it via email for my human to take care of it. The best candidate will have an AI receptionist that they have configured with the ability to do what I want that I can call and test. Apply tot his job
