Overview: We’re building **StartOS**, an AI-powered founder decision system under the Omaha100 initiative.
This is **not** a generic chatbot project.
StartOS is designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs:
• Clarify ideas
• Validate through customer discovery
• Avoid costly mistakes
• Make better decisions faster
• Know exactly what to do next
The system prioritizes:
• Action over education
• Clarity over complexity
• Structured recommendations over vague advice
We are looking for someone who can help architect, refine, and operationalize the GPT logic, prompts, workflows, and decision outputs behind the system.
What We Need
We need a builder who understands:
• Prompt engineering
• GPT system architecture
• Decision-tree logic
• Founder workflows
• Structured AI outputs
• UX thinking for AI systems
You will help transform our framework into a scalable GPT-powered operating system for entrepreneurs.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 — Prompt & System Architecture
You will help:
• Refine system prompts
• Build module logic
• Improve response structures
• Create decision workflows
• Define scoring systems
• Build consistent output formatting
• Reduce hallucinations and vague responses
• Improve recommendation quality
Modules include:
1. Idea Clarity
2. Customer Discovery
3. Validation & Scoring
4. Financial Reality
5. Weekly Execution Guidance
Phase 2 — Founder Experience
You may also help:
• Improve conversational flow
• Simplify founder inputs
• Design better UX around prompts
• Build onboarding logic
• Improve momentum/accountability systems
• Help structure “next best action” recommendations
Important System Rules (Critical)
The system must:
• Always provide a recommendation
• Never allow founders to skip validation
• Push customer discovery before building
• Be direct and decisive
• Avoid long educational outputs
• Avoid generic startup advice
• Prioritize structured, actionable responses
Example:
❌ “This could work depending on the market…”
✅ “This is not validated yet. Talk to 5 customers before moving forward.”
Ideal Candidate
You’ve worked on:
• GPT products
