AI Prompt Engineer / Data Automation Specialist – Detect 3PL Billing Discrepancies
Responsibilities •Develop and refine AI prompts that analyze 3PL billing data and detect anomalies. • Compare invoice vs. contract rates for storage, pick/pack, shipping, and accessorials. • Automate data extraction from PDFs or exported CSVs. • Use OCR tools or AI models to structure raw invoice data when needed. • Deliver a working prototype that flags issues and produces a summary report. • Optionally, integrate the workflow with Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI. Required Skills • Proven experience in prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). • Python expertise with pandas, openpyxl, and data-cleaning logic. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, data matching). • Familiarity with 3PL billing terms and logistics operations. • API / automation experience (Zapier, Make.com, or Python scripts). • Ability to interpret and validate rate card vs. invoice data.
