AI Product Prototyper (Full Time/Night Shift) (Remote)

We are a profitable business with consistent double-digit year-over-year growth. We are scaling our product team and looking for an innovative AI Product Prototyper. This is not a traditional software developer role. We prioritize your product mindset and design intuition over manual coding tenure. We are looking for visionaries who can bridge the gap between user needs and the final product, leveraging advanced AI tools (AI-assisted "vibe coding") to rapidly generate, shape, and ship applications. We value the quality of the user experience you deliver above the length of your traditional engineering resume. Role Overview We are seeking an innovative AI Product Prototyper to lead the rapid creation and iteration of digital products. This is not a traditional software developer role. Instead of writing manual code, you will leverage advanced AI tools (AI-assisted "vibe coding") to generate, shape, and refine applications. You will act as the bridge between user needs and the final product, combining the empathy of a Product Manager, the visual eye of a UI/UX Designer, and the technical intuition of a Prompt Engineer. Your primary focus will be on what we are building and why , using AI to handle the how .
Responsibilities
• Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to generate functional prototypes and front-end interfaces based on natural language prompts and design concepts.
• Act as the voice of the user. Identify user needs, map out user journeys, and ensure the product solves real-world problems effectively.
• Apply a strong design background to ensure all AI-generated interfaces are visually appealing, highly intuitive, and strictly adhere to modern UX principles.
• Continuously refine and troubleshoot prompts to adjust the application's behavior, layout, and logic without getting bogged down in traditional codebase maintenance.
• Maintain a macroscopic view of the product, ensuring high attention to detail while prioritizing user experience over underlying technical architecture.
Requirements
• You think like a Product Owner and a Designer first. You are motivated by user outcomes and seamless experiences, not by solving complex backend programming puzzles.
• Hands-on experience (or a strong, demonstrated interest) in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to generate workflows, code, or digital experiences.
• Experience in product management, user research, or business analysis. You know how to identify what users actually want.
• An eagle eye for visual inconsistencies and poor user flows, with the ability to clearly prompt AI to fix them.
Nice-to-haves
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user interface design, user flows, and wireframing.
• Portfolio of apps built using AI tools or with AI-assistance.
