AI Powered Systems Analyst
This is a remote position. We are looking for an AI-Powered Systems Analyst to support a modernisation programme for a financial services platform used by banking and fintech clients. The role combines strong, classic systems analysis with practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve requirements of quality, system design, and delivery efficiency. The work focuses on application architecture, APIs, integrations, and complex data flows in a regulated, production-critical environment.Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end requirements analysis including elicitation, refinement, validation, and ongoing management of functional and non-functional requirements • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams • Analyseand design application-level architecture with a strong focus on APIs and system integrations • Define API requirements including contracts, request/response structures, error handling, and non-functional expectations • Model business processes, system workflows, and integration scenarios using BPMN and UML • Translate business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support backlog management,prioritisation, and impact analysis across multiple components • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis work, improve documentation quality, and support architectural decisions • Support solution validation, internal testing, and production readiness activities • Ensure traceability between businessobjectives, requirements, APIs, and delivered functionality Requirements • 4–5+yearsofexperienceas a SystemsAnalystorBusinessAnalystoncomplexsoftwareplatforms • Strong experience working with REST APIs and system integration patterns • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, and tools such as Enterprise Architect or equivalent • Experienceanalysingdistributed systems and service-based architectures • Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools in analysis and design workflows (e.g.Copilot, AI-assisteddocumentationor modelling tools) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Structured analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments Nice to have • Experienceworkingonfinancialorfintechproducts • Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise-scale platforms • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and cross-functional teams • Experience supporting transformation ormodernisationinitiatives Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline • Fully remote model Apply tot his job
