AI Operations Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The AI Operations Analyst at Semtech provides technical and operational project coordination, supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools in close collaboration with the operations team which encompasses Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and related functions. In addition to the core project responsibilities, there is a critical need for additional support in:
AI Tool Implementation:
Assist in developing and optimizing AI-powered workflows using Copilot and Claude
Provide technical support for the integration of AI-enabled solutions into company systems and platforms like SAP, including process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvements
Assist with configuration, testing and validation of AI functionalities and support pilot implementations, user acceptance testing, rollout planning and post-deployment operational support
Technical and Stakeholder Liaison:
Collaborate with technology partners (IT, SAP, etc.) on system development, integration and deployment
Act as an operational bridge between users and technical teams and facilitate clear communication of requirements, issues and feedback across stakeholders
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Prepare operational updates and status reports for Project Team Leads
Collect feedback and usage insights for continuous improvement and assist in troubleshooting and enhancement of AI and digital solutions
Learn and contribute to SAP system workflows
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in AI related fields
Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot or Claude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
