AI Native, Business Operations & Sales Operations Specialist
The Business Operations & Sales Operations Specialist supports Marketplace and Client Success by managing systems, data, and operational processes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketplace Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring business systems and initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the organization.This position focuses on aligning systems, data, and workflows to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and enable scalable growth.Systems & Technical OwnershipOwn and optimize core platforms (Salesforce, Retool, JIRA, etc.)Lead the implementation and adoption of a core CRM and customer data platformUnderstand and help manage data flows across systemsEvaluate and implement tools, automation, and integrationsData & IntegrationsAnalyze operational and sales data to identify trends and gapsWrite and run queries (e.g., Snowflake)Support and assist with the implementation of API integrationsTroubleshoot system, integration, and data issuesProcess & ExecutionCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope and functional requirementsImplement and scale processes designed by Business Ops leadershipIdentify inefficiencies and improve workflowsMaintain clear documentationEnablement & SupportOwn training and onboarding for systems and processesDrive adoption and consistent usage across teamsAct as a go-to resource for troubleshootingOperations & Cross-Functional SupportSupport sales and client success operations (pipeline visibility, process improvements)Execute cross-functional initiatives across Product, Compliance, Sales, and Client SuccessOwn project management for Business Ops initiativesAutomation & InfrastructureBuild and test prototypes or lightweight tools to support operationsSupport AI and automation initiativesIdentify and resolve technical debtImprove system integrations and user experience flows
