AI-Minded Virtual Assistant For Growing Marketing Agency

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant for a growing marketing agency based in the US.

The VA should be comfortable with actively using AI to work smarter, faster, and better. You will be rewarded with bonuses by automating and improving existing processes we have.

You should also be comfortable with internet research, prompting various AI models and exploring new AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Run reports for clients

Onboard new clients

Create and manage Reddit posts for clients

Send follow-up emails to past clients

Perform general administrative tasks

Suggest and implement AI-driven process improvements

Requirements:

Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, or Make (preferred)

Strong internet research skills

Ability to create AI-generated content, including images

Creative problem-solving skills and initiative to improve workflows

Reliable communication and availability during agreed hours

Willingness to learn from provided training videos

Additional Info:

Communication will be via our company Slack channel

A paid trial task will be given to the final three candidates to assess capabilities and creativity in improving processes
