This is an ongoing application for review against a variety of sold consulting engagements. We’d like to learn from and engage with highly skilled and experienced Consultants specializing in AI and Machine Learning. This is for a true expert who can advise clients on the strategic application, technical implementation, and successful integration of AI/ML solutions within their organizations. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies and driving tangible business outcomes. Requirements Consultant Expectations • AI/ML Strategy & Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients on developing and refining their AI/ML strategies, identifying high-impact use cases, and assessing organizational readiness for AI/ML adoption. You'll help clients navigate the complex landscape of AI/ML technologies and opportunities. • Technical AI/ML Implementation Guidance: Advise on the end-to-end technical lifecycle of AI/ML projects, including data acquisition and preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring. You'll guide client teams on best practices for building robust and scalable AI/ML solutions. • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of practical and effective AI/ML solutions tailored to client needs. This involves recommending appropriate AI/ML models, tools, platforms, and architectural patterns, ensuring alignment with client infrastructure and business objectives. • Client Relationship & Business Acumen: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership. You'll effectively communicate complex AI/ML concepts in clear, business-centric terms, fostering trust and ensuring client buy-in throughout engagements. • Problem Solving & Optimization: Analyze client challenges and identify opportunities where AI/ML can drive significant value. You'll work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions, optimize existing processes, and troubleshoot issues related to AI/ML implementation. • Project Leadership & Management Advisory: While not a dedicated project manager, you'll provide critical guidance and oversight to client project teams, ensuring AI/ML initiatives are managed effectively, risks are mitigated, and dependencies are addressed to meet strategic goals. • Continuous Learning & AI/ML Thought Leadership: Stay at the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving AI and Machine Learning field, including new algorithms, tools, platforms, ethical considerations, and industry trends. You'll contribute to our firm's intellectual capital by developing whitepapers, participating in industry events, and sharing best practices. • Sales & Business Development Support: Actively contribute to identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships and support the development of proposals and presentations that articulate our AI/ML consulting value proposition. What We Look For • Progressive experience in an AI/Machine Learning-focused role within a consulting firm or a similar advisory capacity, demonstrating successful client engagements. • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including a strong understanding of various AI/ML techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning), the full model development lifecycle, and deployment strategies in enterprise environments. • Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into practical business solutions and effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of designing and implementing innovative AI/ML-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. • Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive-level communication, impactful presentations, negotiation, and advanced stakeholder management. • Familiarity with major cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI Platform) and open-source AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is highly desirable. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in the AI/ML domain. • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
