We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services institution that’s building a next‑generation AI Academy and a broader, enterprise‑wide AI learning strategy.This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role—shaping how AI capability, literacy, and confidence are built across a large, complex organisation. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI, learning strategy, and consulting, influencing senior stakeholders while delivering learning that genuinely changes how people work.
About the RoleReporting into a senior leader within the Learning function, you’ll lead the design, build, and rollout of a scalable AI learning ecosystem.
You will:
Lead the AI AcademyDesign and deliver AI Academy initiatives end‑to‑endCreate scalable learning pathways, standards, and frameworksEnsure learning is engaging, accessible, and aligned to business priorities
Shape AI & Tech‑Enabled Learning StrategySet the strategic direction for AI learning across the organisationAdvise on innovative uses of AI in learning design and deliveryEmbed generative AI and emerging technologies into learning ecosystems
Build AI Literacy & CapabilitySupport teams across the bank to build AI confidence and fluencyDevelop scalable programmes that raise organisation‑wide AI capabilityPartner with SMEs to embed AI‑enabled practices into day‑to‑day workflows
Consult & InfluenceAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersTranslate strategy into practical, actionable learning solutionsAlign diverse teams and influence decision‑making at pace
About You:
Essential experienceStrong consulting background within large, complex organisationsProven experience in learning strategy, design, and capability buildingHands‑on involvement with AI education, AI literacy, or digital learning innovationExperience scaling learning across enterprise environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating strategically while delivering at speed
Nice to haveExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with AI‑enabled learning tools and platformsKnowledge of learning analytics or measurement frameworks
