AI Integration Architect (Part-Time, Remote β USA)

Description:
We are looking for an AI Integration Architect to help design and implement AI-powered
integrations across enterprise systems. This role focuses on embedding AI into real-
world workflows, rather than building standalone AI products.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to integrate AI services
into existing architectures using APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow automation.
The role is part-time and fully remote, open to candidates based in Europe or the USA.
Key Responsibilities
β Design and lead AI integrations within existing enterprise systems and platforms
β Integrate AI/ML services (e.g., LLMs, predictive models, automation tools) via
APIs
β Architect and implement event-driven and message-based architectures
β Enable workflow automation using AI-driven decision logic
β Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate
business needs into technical solutions
β Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable
β Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and guide production deployments
β Provide architectural guidance and best practices for AI adoption
Required Skills & Experience
β Strong background in system integration and solution architecture
β Hands-on experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into existing systems
β Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
β Experience with event-driven architectures.
β Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration
β Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
β Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
β Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks
β Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
β Experience in IT consulting or enterprise environments
β Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise
systems
β Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in AI
integrations
