AI Innovation Specialist

We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, AI-native recent college graduate to help transform how our business runs from the inside out. This is not a passive role—you’ll be at the center of innovation, working directly with leadership to rethink workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and deploy cutting-edge AI tools across every department. Responsibilities • Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive tasks and unlock team productivity • Connect systems and tools using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, and Make • Develop internal AI tools (chatbots, assistants, prompt systems) used across the company • Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using AI-first thinking • Train and empower teams to use AI tools like ChatGPT in their daily work • Create scalable templates and systems for communication, reporting, and analysis • Partner with leadership to roll out high-impact AI initiatives • Experiment with new tools and bring the best ideas into the business Requirements • Recent college graduate • Naturally curious about AI and emerging technology • A problem-solver who enjoys building simple, practical solutions • Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply • Hands-on and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do • Comfortable working with non-technical teams • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms • Comfort working with data, systems, and digital tools • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and apply them creatively Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a strong plus • Experience with APIs, integrations, or light coding/scripting • Built your own tools, workflows, or side projects using AI • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jasper, Koyfin, AlphaSense, or similar • Created content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) or understand digital storytelling Benefits • High ownership early – your work will directly shape the company • Front-row seat to AI transformation in a real business • Cross-functional exposure – work across all departments • Career acceleration – develop a rare, high-demand skillset • Build systems that actually get used, not theoretical projects
