About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. This role works closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms.

What You'll Do
- Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages- Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs- Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts- Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)- Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color- Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly- Strong English communication skills- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)- Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design- Motion graphics or short-form video design experience- Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
