What You Will be Doing Continuously review answers from our AI Chatbot and train it with updated information to improve answer accuracy. Work to implement AI Insights project, our internal AI service to generate and provide valuable key information for the business. Train a custom OPSWAT GPT Model for enhanced customer service experience. Use AI Forecast models to forecast business growth and provide guidance for the department. Analytics-on-demand project, leveraging AI to determine chart type and write query to get data. What You Will Learn Generative AI technologies, especially LLMs and how to leverage it for an enterprise environment. Skill to train custom GPT models. Chatbot design and logic. Learn more about cybersecurity topics. What We Need from You Knowledge of LLM, RAG and prompt engineering. Knowledge or experiencing in training custom GPT models. Ability to follow-up on tasks given from end-to-end with little supervision. Familiar with Python and node.js to integrate AI solutions. Very good English proficiency (reading & writing). It Would be Nice if You Had Good English communication skills and people skills. Basic understanding of cybersecurity. Knowledge or experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
