Our multi-channel solutions reach over 600 million monthly users in APAC across apps, sites, YouTube, gaming, and influencers. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? How will YOU contribute to the Team? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements Develop and implement AI-driven solutions, including agentic applications and automation tools Build and maintain internal tools (e.g., NLP-to-SQL, NLP-to-dashboard solutions) to support Data and Business teams Design, develop, and scale AI agents with capabilities such as tool usage, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning Work closely with clients and third-party vendors when required Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and best practices Provide support during critical project phases, including working overtime when necessary to meet project goals WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions, including agentic applications, AI agents, automation tools, or LLM-based systems Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and context optimization Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search (preferred) Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications and systems Basic frontend development experience (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Fast learner with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment OUR ETIQUETTE We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process.
