About the role

Leviton is a leading organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. We are seeking a skilled AI & Data Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data management with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value.

Responsibilities

AI Integration & Data Management:
Design and implement AI-powered solutions.
Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance.
Automation & Analytics:
Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools.
Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
System Administration & Support:
Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management.
Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents.
Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation.

Education & Experience

Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting, including custom-built solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools.
Familiarity with data processing, analytics, or reporting workflows.
Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments, including basic monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis and automation.
