We are looking for an AI Engineer to drive the next phase of our AI capabilities. You will build and optimize ML/NLP models that generate personalized recommendations, summaries, and behavioral insights. This could includes fine-tuning LLMs, developing lightweight alternatives, and using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in user-specific data.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy ML/NLP models tailored to wellness-related applications.Fine-tune large language models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, etc.) on domain-specific dataBuild Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using user data and content repositoriesCollaborate with data engineers and wellness experts to gather requirements and ensure models meet user needs.Conduct research to identify opportunities for applying machine learning in wellness.Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve existing algorithms.Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI and machine learning.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
Requirements
Strong experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and/or Go.Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Experience with LLM fine-tuning and embedding-based retrieval systems.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Experience applying machine learning in wellness, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.Timezone from GMT-1 to GMT+4.
