AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

We’re now looking for an AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer to join us on this journey. If you enjoy hands-on development, experimenting with new tools and methods, and working at the edge of what’s possible with AI in software engineering, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Design and build cloud-native web applications end to end - React or Angular front ends through APIs, services, and integrations - ranging from fast-paced AI prototypes to heavy-duty, long-term production platforms
Apply AI-driven development practices (e.g. Spec-Driven Development, Agentic Swarm Coding) in real client projects
Work hands-on with modern AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and emerging agentic tooling)
Contribute to how we redefine software development ways of working - not just follow existing ones
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, from design to production
Qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering background (React or Angular on the front end; Java or .NET on the back end preferred)
Solid experience building responsive web front ends and the cloud-native APIs, services, and integrations behind them (REST and GraphQL)
Practical understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows (you’ve implemented or experimented, not just read about it)
Curiosity and willingness to adopt new development paradigms
Strong communication skills in English
