AI Developer – Energy & Community Integration
AI Developer – Energy & Infrastructure (Senior Level) (travel required) | Full-Time We’re hiring a senior AI Developer to work at the intersection of AI systems, energy infrastructure, and large-scale data centers. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands utility realities and can communicate clearly with engineers, public officials, and community stakeholders. What You’ll Do • Build and deploy AI solutions for energy optimization, load forecasting, and grid analytics • Work directly with electric and gas utilities on load studies and interconnection • Translate complex energy concepts into clear, actionable insights • Participate in community and public-facing discussions around infrastructure projects What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, or energy systems with advanced analytics • Strong Python and modern data stack experience • Direct utility, energy, or infrastructure project experience • Comfortable operating in technical and public-facing environments Compensation • $145K base salary • $2,500 per MW performance incentive • Equity / long-term project upside available Apply tot his job
