Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Applications Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that power automation, summarization, and data-driven decision-making.In this role, you’ll combine LLM integration, backend engineering, and rapid prototyping to deliver scalable applications that drive real business impact.As a key member of a small, fast-moving team, your work will directly influence how our organization builds and delivers AI-powered products to users and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand Management, Ads Management) to define and prioritize AI application opportunities. Prototype and refine LLM-powered workflows through prompt engineering and API integration. Develop and maintain production-ready backend services that integrate business data with LLM APIs. Build and manage API endpoints for automation and summarization use cases. Implement data preparation pipelines to structure inputs and process model outputs. Ensure deployed AI solutions are reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Integrate error handling, monitoring, and logging for AI workflows in production. Continuously optimize prompt design, latency, and model configurations for performance. Stay up to date on the latest trends in LLM frameworks, prompt strategies, and AI applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Python development, focusing on backend or API-driven applications. 2–4 years of hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based applications in production environments. Proven experience with prompt engineering and integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar). Demonstrated ability to build and deploy scalable API endpoints and lightweight applications. Proficiency in Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) for building RESTful APIs. Additional Information Full-Time / Remote Direct Hire (Contract with Client) Comp : $4000 ~ $6000 USD / Month Time zone : EST (with occasional PST overlapping)
