AI Data Project Manager
Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects (ML models, data pipelines, automation initiatives, analytics platforms, etc.)
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, model performance, compliance, and deployment
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Track KPIs and report project status to leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive updates
• Drive continuous improvement in AI project delivery processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in AI, data, or analytics projects
• Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle
• Experience working with data teams (SQL, data pipelines, APIs, cloud environments)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
