AI CTO to support as a consultant for a companywide transformation
Description: We are looking for an experienced AI strategy consultant to help our leadership team define and implement a company-wide AI adoption plan. Our context: Medium-sized organization with multiple departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Product, Engineering) We’ve already identified key initiatives including: bolthires Copilot rollout (organization-wide) GitHub Copilot and AI coding stack for developers Building a company-wide RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge system Your responsibilities: Assess current AI maturity Identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and innovation Design an implementation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs Advise on governance, ethical use, and change management Provide best practices for training and adoption Requirements: Proven experience developing AI strategies for organizations Strong knowledge of generative AI tools (OpenAI, bolthires Copilot, etc.) Experience with enterprise AI governance and adoption frameworks Excellent communication and facilitation skills Deliverables: Written AI Strategy Document (2–3 year roadmap) Departmental Action Plans KPI Framework and measurement approach Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
