Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and moderate AI-generated images and text for compliance with safety and content guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and report potentially harmful or inappropriate materials across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content evaluation procedures and ensure continuous improvement.
• Analyze emerging trends in social media and user-generated content to inform evaluation protocols.
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, content moderation, and digital safety practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal best practices and knowledge bases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in content moderation, digital safety evaluation, or a related field.
• Strong social media literacy with a keen awareness of community guidelines and platform-specific standards.
• Advanced skills in analyzing both visual and textual content for compliance and safety risks.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
