Job Responsibilities: Your role will focus on learning and contributing. You'll support the team with a variety of tasks, including: Support & Shadowing: Assist the AI consulting team by shadowing senior members in customer meetings, helping with documentation, and learning how to address their needs. Content Creation: Help create and prepare materials like presentations, tutorials, and best-practice guides that show what's possible with Red Hat AI. Feedback Collection: Gather and organize valuable feedback from our field teams to help product managers and engineers improve our AI offerings. Industry Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the AI/ML field to support the team's goals. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a proactive and curious learner who is excited about technology. We don't expect you to be an expert! We're most interested in your passion for learning and your collaborative spirit. Top 5 Skills: Communication: Strong ability in writing, creating clear materials, and presenting ideas. Interest in AI/ML: A genuine passion for AI, MLOps, and an interest in coding or scripting. Broad IT Knowledge: A foundational understanding of how different technologies work together. Containerization: A desire to learn about container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift). Open Source: An appreciation for and interest in the open source community and its principles. Bonus Points: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Basic familiarity with programming or scripting languages from coursework or personal projects. Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
