AI & Automation Specialist for Course Creator Businesses (Funnels, CRM, Client Systems) - Contract to Hire

We’re a fast-growing consulting business that helps established course creators streamline their operations using practical AI and automation systems.

I’m looking for a skilled AI & automation specialist to implement the technical side of client projects while I lead strategy and client relationships.

This is a client-facing delivery role focused on building real, working systems — not hype or experimental AI.

You’ll help build and optimize backend systems for online education businesses, including:

Marketing & Lead Systems

• Funnel setup and integrations

• Landing page flows

• Email automation sequences

• Lead capture + tagging

• CRM pipeline setup

Sales Systems

• Webinar funnel automations

• Evergreen funnel logic

• Call booking workflows

• Follow-up sequences

• Payment & checkout flows

Client Experience Systems

• Automated onboarding flows

• Course platform integrations

• Welcome and nurture sequences

• Client progress tracking systems

• Helpdesk / support workflows

Operations & Automation

• Workflow mapping

• SOP documentation

• Zapier/Make automations

• Dashboard reporting

• Tool stack integrations
