AI & Automation Specialist

Remote Full-time
Role The AI & Automation Specialist is the technical executor behind ACQ Vantage’s AI infrastructure. This is a hands-on role responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI systems and automation workflows that power the product, operations, and member experience. You will work directly under the AI & Automation Lead, turning strategy and system designs into production-ready tools. This role is focused on execution. You are building systems used in production, not experimenting in isolation. You will write clean code, integrate systems, deploy workflows, and ensure everything runs reliably at scale. You will own end-to-end system execution — from AI tools and backend workflows to automation across operations, sales, and data systems. You will integrate across CRMs, APIs, and platforms, build scalable infrastructure, and maintain clean, reliable data flow. You will also act as the bridge between Vantage and the Acquisition.com HoldCo tech team, ensuring everything meets production-grade standards. This role directly drives leverage across the business — more members served, higher quality experience, lower operational cost, and faster growth. You are not a support role. You are the technical engine that makes the AI vision real. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end execution of AI tools, from development through production, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and used in real workflows • Build and deploy AI-powered tools and backend logic for member-facing products (e.g., VSL Generator, GTM Planner, Sales Script Builder) • Integrate systems across CRMs, automation platforms, and third-party APIs while maintaining clean, reliable data flow • Develop and maintain automation across core operations (onboarding, billing, renewals, access, fulfillment, and revenue verification) • Build and manage data pipelines and systems that power real-time dashboards for growth, engagement, retention, and revenue • Support AI-driven sales, marketing, content, and community systems, including campaign automation, lead scoring, and content workflows • Write clean, maintainable code, follow architecture standards, proactively identify tradeoffs, and fully document systems, APIs, and workflows Requirements • 3+ years building automation and systems that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency • Experience with tools like N8N, Make, Zapier, and integrating AI (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real workflows • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations, with the ability to build scalable systems independently • Deep knowledge of AI/LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning) applied in production environments • Experience building end-to-end systems including automation, data pipelines, or user-facing AI tools (frontend or BI tools like React or Metabase is a plus) • High ownership with a bias to action — able to ship quickly, maintain strong attention to detail, and work through ambiguity and blockers independently Results Phase 1 Months 1 to 3 • 3 to 5 AI tools live and production-ready • P&L verification system operational • Data pipelines feeding dashboards in real time • Clear coordination rhythm with HoldCo tech team • All systems documented and maintainable Phase 2 Months 4 to 6 • 5 or more additional AI tools shipped • 95 percent or more of operational workflows automated • 50 percent or more reduction in manual work across teams • Community automation dashboard live • No critical system failures lasting more than 4 hours Phase 3 Months 7 to 12 • 70 percent or more tool adoption among active members • Real-time business dashboard live • AI-powered community features such as search, Q&A, and recommendations • Full system documentation and team enablement complete Schedule • Monday through Friday standard working hours • Flexibility required during launches and major campaigns • Some evening or weekend work during critical periods • Must overlap with Las Vegas HQ timezone Location • Remote, USA • Light travel may be required Compensation: • $150,000 - $180,000 base salary + bonus • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below). Benefits: We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing. Some key offerings: • Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off and Company-wide Holidays • Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans • $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution • FSA options including dependent care • Employee assistance program and mental health resources • Employer match program for 401(k), eligible for both Traditional and Roth accounts • $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement through JOON that supports health, family care, pet care, fitness, and more! • For local or visiting team members, enjoy access to a state of the art gym at our HQ in Las Vegas • Benefits eligibility applies only to full-time roles. ACQ Core Values: Our core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company. The right person for this role will appreciate each of these values, personally subscribe to them, and understand why each is critical to having a great business. Competitive Greatness Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a hard challenge. Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns. Sincere Candor Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally. Unimpeachable Character Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally.
