AI Automation Specialist

We're on the hunt for a results-driven AI Automation Specialists who thrives on solving problems with workflows, APIs, and AI integrations. If you love working with AI automation tools, know how to connect the dots between tools, and can translate business objectives into seamless automation systems then this is your opportunity to build game-changing solutions. You’ll be in charge of strategizing, planning, developing and maintaining automation systems that power everything from internal operations to client-facing AI services and even some fun personal projects. I am looking for a right-hand AI man. The right candidate would eventually become our Chief AI Officer. We are scaling extremely quickly and have A LOT of runway. We are an AI-Powered Growth Marketing & Advertising Agency that went from $0 to $70K/month in the last 3 months with 2 people at 90% profit margins and plan to hit over $1M a month within the next 6-12 months. One of the last key players we need to make that happen is someone who is an absolute savage when it comes to AI. --Responsibilities-- ✅ Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered workflows for a wide range of use cases using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Make and Zapier. (Ad Reporting, CRM, lead gen, content creation, webhooks, scraping, notifications, etc.) ✅ Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services with AI agents, chatbots, LLMs, and other tools ✅ Maintain and monitor automation systems for performance, error handling, and scalability ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build automation solutions that align with business goals ✅ Create SOPs / documentation for the workflows you build ✅ Stay up-to-date on the latest in AI tooling and automation best practices --Must-Have Skills & Experience-- ✅ Strong experience building AI-powered workflows (Must be able to show us workflows you've built, how they work, etc.) ✅ Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and JSON ✅ Working knowledge of JavaScript or Node.js for custom functions and logic blocks ✅ Ability to troubleshoot errors, optimize performance, and write clean, modular logic ✅ Experience integrating tools like Airtable, Notion, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, CRMs, etc. ✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, async teams --Bonus Points-- ⭐ Experience with Growth Marketing and Advertising (Paid Ads, Funnels, Websites, Email Marketing, CRO, etc.) ⭐ Experience with custom GPTs, or fine-tuning custom AI models ⭐ Experience with Docker, self-hosted n8n, or DevOps-style deployment ⭐ Prior experience in a startup or agency environment To apply, please include the following: ✅ A short note introducing yourself and your experience with building AI-powered workflows ✅ Show us 2-3 of the best AI-powered workflows you've built, explain how they work and how they benefit the User We're moving fast so if you're hungry and passionate about automation and AI, we'd love to hear from you!
