· System Integration and Scripting - Integrate AI agents with existing company systems and databases using scripting languages, and create automated workflows for data processing and agent configuration
· Quality Assurance and Compliance - Ensure AI agents meet company security standards, data privacy requirements, and quality guidelines while maintaining proper documentation and version control
· Performance Analysis and Optimization - Analyze usage metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and generate reports on business impact and efficiency gains
Experience, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Certifications
· Prompt Engineering – experience in defining clear prompts for complex agents, experience in debugging and tweaking prompts
· Scripting & Programming - Intermediate level in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for automation, data processing, and system integrations
· AI Agent Development - Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, and agent workflow design principles including but not limited to guard rails, evaluations, etc.
· API Integration - Basic to intermediate skills in working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
· Database Fundamentals - Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data retrieval and agent connectivity
· BotDojo Platform - Willingness to learn or basic familiarity with the platform's interface, configuration options, and deployment processes
· Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management or a related field preferred
