AI Automation-Savvy Technical Project Manager
We’re building a suite of interconnected AI-powered products spanning automation, gaming, and internal tools. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can manage multiple technical initiatives while also contributing hands-on to development and workflow automation. This isn’t a typical PM role — you’ll be working directly with the CTO and a small, high-performing team where AI agents are part of the workflow. Your end goal is to streamline project execution and help build an internal AI Project Manager Agent that automates coordination across projects. What You’ll Work On You’ll start by managing and contributing to three ongoing initiatives: -A core infrastructure platform that powers and connects all other products. -A gamified web experience that merges creativity and AI interaction. -A lead automation system designed to generate and personalize outreach at scale. Each of these projects shares data, automation tools, and AI components — so you’ll need to think systemically, not just project-by-project. Key Responsibilities -Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects. -Participate in technical discussions and support development efforts where needed. -Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and resolve them efficiently. -Coordinate between developers, AI agents, and leadership to maintain velocity. -Implement lightweight automation and project tracking using n8n, ClickUp, or similar tools. -Build and refine workflows that can later be automated by the PM Agent. What We’re Looking For -Strong software development background (engineering experience required). -Proven ability to manage technical projects end-to-end. -Familiarity with modern web stacks (React, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, APIs). -Understanding of AI or LLM-based workflows and automation systems. -Comfortable operating in an experimental, fast-moving startup environment. -Clear and confident communicator in English. Nice-to-Haves -Experience in SaaS, gaming, or AI-related projects. -Knowledge of automation or scripting tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, n8n). -Understanding of tokenized or Web3-style systems. -Experience leading remote or distributed teams. Success Metrics -Month 1: You’ve mapped all project dependencies and set up clear tracking systems. -Month 3: Projects are moving smoothly through sprints, and the foundation for the AI PM Agent is in development.
