Successfully completing this assignment will be the first step in the interview process.In the Role**These positions are based in the LATAM market***Our Expert Tutors are mentors, industry experts, and role models for the students enrolled in our AI Automation Program. This program is designed to prepare students to become professionals capable of solving real business problems by automating processes with AI tools and technologies. As an expert tutor, you'll help students refine their technical and presentation skills, give them industry-relevant feedback, and support them in becoming confident professionals ready to deliver automation solutions to real-world companies.What you will doAs an expert tutor, you will play a key role in our students’ learning journey by:Attending pitch sessions where students present their AI-based automation solutions to simulated business challenges.Giving students constructive, specific feedback on both their technical solutions (logic, feasibility, use of AI tools) and their presentation/delivery skills (clarity, business impact, communication).Guiding students through common automation use cases using AI (e.g., automating customer support, streamlining workflows, data extraction, etc.).Hosting or participating in educational events, such as webinars, mock presentations, or feedback workshops.Sharing your industry knowledge and best practices, helping students understand how to present and deliver automation solutions in a business context.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success.Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency.Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students. • Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones.Bonus: Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.What we can offer youSalary $2,600 Monthly free in-house training on how to be a great expert tutor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skillsopportunities to develop as a public expertcross-cultural work experience and lots of opportunities for networking with teammates who love what they doOffice Hours:Option 1: Tuesday-Saturday 14:00-22:00 ESTOption 2: Sunday-Thursday 15:00-23:00 ESTDisclosuresAt this time we are unable to offer H1B sponsorship opportunities in the USA.This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
